Leadership is developed through experience.

Community Leadership Studio creates high-touch, experiential leadership programs designed to help people discover their strengths, find their voices, build meaningful relationships, and recognize their capacity to lead and contribute.

The Studio is designed to grow into a community of leadership experiences for people at different ages and stages. Future programming may include additional leadership cohorts, weekend intensives, summer leadership institutes, mentorship programs, retreats, civic and service experiences, parent-daughter programs, high school fellowships, women's leadership experiences, and opportunities for adults and professionals.

Experiences may take participants beyond the traditional workshop setting through community service, civic engagement, visits with leaders and organizations, outdoor challenges, retreats, mentorship, and other opportunities to practice leadership in the world around them.

Over time, the vision is to create an intergenerational leadership community, where participants have opportunities not only to grow as leaders themselves, but eventually to return as mentors, fellows, speakers, and facilitators for those coming behind them.

Beginning with Leadership & Voice

Community Leadership Studio's inaugural program, Leadership & Voice, brings this philosophy to middle school girls at a particularly important moment in their development.

Leadership & Voice is an eight-week, cohort-based leadership experience designed to help girls discover their strengths, build confidence, develop their voices, strengthen relationships, and recognize that leadership is something they can begin practicing right now.
